Experiences in development field � Twelve years of national and regional field experiences in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating health and community development programs in Bangladesh and India. � Technical support including development of monitoring and evaluation systems, supervision, and training of community development workers and their supervisors. � Knowledge, Practice, and Coverage (KPC) survey training and execution. � Development of supervision tools, training manuals, health education materials, and inputs in software for analyzing PHC data (Eco-health study, KPC survey results and anthropometric data). � Skills in training others to use Quality Improvement (QI/QA) methods, behaviors change communication, Epi-Info data entry and analysis, most Environment, Sanitation and Child Survival interventions. Planning, execution, evaluation, supervision, and improvement of programs in: 1. Women in development (WID) - group formation (alternative institutional development), Skill development training, Micro-credit intervention. 2. Child-to-Child approach for health and environment education for children of rural Bangladesh, Growth monitoring/promotion and deworming; Promotion of ORT, management of diarrhea, and hygiene education; ARI control; promotion of Vitamin A and other micronutrients; promotion of breast feeding; prenatal care, immunizations; nature conservation and environment protection. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
